Our SIM cards are designed to work in most smartphones available on the market. Three in-one SIM cards are combination of standard, mini and micro SIM cards.
Check which SIM card size your phone accepts, then place the correct sized SIM into your phone.
It is also important to check whether your phone is network locked or dual-band, (unlocked). If your phone is unlocked, your new SIM card should work after you have activated and topped up a minimum of £10.
If your phone requires unlocking, you will need to contact your current network provider for a PUK code to unlock your phone and release you from your current network provider.
Yes, of course! If you find your new SIM card is damaged in any way, please get in touch with us and let us know and we will send you out a new one.
